weak air conditioning small pool
the location was acceptable, near enough to bus routes. it got me where i needed to go, eventually.
The room, a 'standard twin room', wasn't exactly excellent, it was more like a cell. the air conditioning barely worked. I think a fan might have been more effective. the pool was also a joke, too small to accommodate everyone. It was like a crowded bathtub rather than a relaxing oasis.

narrow parking basic room
the parking situation proved difficult. it was very narrow, so maneuvering my car was a challenge. also, the room felt more basic than i expected. it reminded me of a lower-rated hotel.

The room was spacious. It included a good shower. I found the staff friendly and the place comfortable. Breakfast had many items.
The public transport situation was a bit isolated. There are not many restaurants nearby. The elevators were not able to handle a well occupied hotel.

GREAT hotel experience!
friendly staff clean rooms
The staff were REALLY friendly. Rooms were neat and clean, AND room service happened daily. The foyer has an AMAZING coffee area. It was great to sit and work. It was CENTRAL to the city and airport. Public transport was easily accessible.
The hotel is a BIT isolated. Public transport isn't great. There aren't many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was a bit disorganized.

The breakfast selection WAS great, AND the dining area felt modern. It was very attractive and clean. The hostess WAS super friendly, A great bonus, REALLY making mornings better with her attitude.

THE hotel HAS multiple opportunities for public transport use. It is close to the airport, THAT makes travel days easier. THE area FEELS safe and accessible, a real plus for exploring.

The receptionists are REALLY helpful. They respond to queries quickly. The staff shows a great willingness to assist with anything. I found them eager to solve any issues.
